Little did I know, John not only resolved my issue in a timely manner, but he did it with great customer service and provided great communication the entire process. I would recommend Havoc Heroes to anyone who wants a great team who truly enjoys what they do and puts their customers needs first. Thank you John for helping calm my nerves and keeping your promise. He was very conscientious and thorough and I could recommend HH more highly- especially John!
