Little did I know, John not only resolved my issue in a timely manner, but he did it with great customer service and provided great communication the entire process. I would recommend Havoc Heroes to anyone who wants a great team who truly enjoys what they do and puts their customers needs first. Thank you John for helping calm my nerves and keeping your promise. I will be using Havoc Heroes again in the future for all my restoration services.

Really no wait time they came to my house within a... read more reasonable amount time. The demolition process and sanitation was completed within a reasonable time frame. John was my technician, he was professional and relatable. Explain all steps of the process and communicated clearly. He completed a clean and neat demolition and removal.

When they came to do the restoration, they went above and beyond to ensure that only the affected area of my house was contained to keep dust and debris confined. The young man that came to do the demolition after the house was dried did an excellent job, and worked at an amazingly fast pace. I HIGHLY recommend using Havoc Heroes!!!
