Going above and beyond in assisting with our insurance company and our policy coverage. Excellent water extraction and mitigation issue was handled in a timely manner by the team. Everyone was polite and professional. Home was properly secured so debris removal could be handled accordingly. Dumpster was delivered and picked up when I was told it would be for the removal of debris. Truly enjoy and would highly recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation. This past Christmas Eve, I sat on my bed and watched my bathroom ceiling collapse as water poured from a busted pipe that trickled into the adjoining closet with the ceiling crashing in as well. When seeking restoration from water damage, Havoc Heroes was referenced highly, so I decided to make the call. The pleasant voice of the owner, Daryl, assured me someone would contact me soon. A few hours later, I received a call from John, the operations manager, whose calming voice made me feel confident that I would be served, and not to worry. The next day, John was at my residence assessing damages and explaining what the mitigation process entailed. He was very thorough in his presentation. I felt confident that John would make it all seamless, and he did. After leaving my home, he assisted my neighbor with a situation he had at his home. I must admit that John brought us together long enough for us to speak to each other for the first time! He’s such a nice, courteous, and respectful young man. I felt like I’ve known him forever. The next day, John was at my residence with a crew who performed the clean-up preparing for the equipment placement to dry the water damage. John is always prompt, he keeps his word, and is very professional. I worked for the BellSouth Yellow Pages for years, and always came across water restoration & remediation companies, but never thought I’d need their services. Sadly had to get Havoc Heroes out two times recently for two separate water pipe leaks that damaged my basement. John Dios was my assigned technician and he did an excellent job informing me on what needed to be done, setting up the drying equipment, checking on us each day and then cleaning everything up at the end. He was very conscientious and thorough and I couldn’t recommend HH more highly — especially John!

These gentlemen did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end. John came to my house at about 0215 in the morning and delivered the equipment needed to start stabilizing my house after a flood. When they came to do the restoration, they went above and beyond to ensure only the affected area of my house was contained to keep dust and debris confined. The young man that came to do the demolition after the house was dried did an excellent job and worked at an amazingly fast pace. I HIGHLY recommend using Havoc Heroes! Hopefully we won’t need them again, but if we do, that will be my first call!
