Water Damage, Cartersville, GA

I had a great experience with Havoc Heroes. My roof sprung two major leaks from Hurricane Helene that did a substantial amount of damage to my the ceilings. Havoc Heroes responded immediately, coming out the same day to remediate the damage.Adam was extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout the process, and he did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. His equipment was effective and fast at drying the ceiling and insulation, and it left the house in the best shape possible under the circumstances.Our damage was not covered by our insurance policy, but Havoc Heroes offered a very reasonable price so that ended up not being such a huge problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Adam and Darryl have been nothing short of phenomenal! Excellent service to my home.Very professional with answering all of our questions . Going above and beyond in assisting with our Insurance company and our policy coverage. Excellent water extraction and mitigation issue was handled in a timely manner by the team. Everyone was polite and professional. Home was properly secured so debris removal could be handled accordingly . Dump was delivered and picked up when I was told it would be for the removal of debris.Truly enjoy and would highly recommend there services to anyone in a similar situation. Havoc Heroes are definitely a reflection of their name. I came home after a long day just to realize I had a flood that had caused a good bit of damage. I immediately panicked because I knew it would cost me a fortune and wasn’t sure how soon someone could come check it out. Little did I know, John not only resolved my issue in a timely manner, but he did it with great customer service and provided great communication the entire process. On Christmas night, we came home to an entirely flooded first floor. Due to the cold weather, we were in the same boat as hundreds of other people. We started calling water remediation companies but were put on wait lists. Havoc Heroes was the only company to get back to us and within a few days, we had fans and dehumidifiers in our home. Darryl, Adam, John, and his crew were a delight to work with during the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way and answered ALL the questions we had since this is the first time we have dealt with a major home issue like this. I highly recommend Havoc Heroes!!!

This past Christmas Eve, I sat on my bed and watched my bathroom ceiling collapse as water poured from a busted pipe that trickled into the adjoining closet with the ceiling crashing in as well. When seeking Restoration from water damage, Havoc Heroes was referenced highly, so I decided to make the call. The pleasant voice of the owner, Daryl, assured me someone would contact me soon. A few hours later, I received a call from John, the operations manager, whose calming voice made me feel confident that I would be served, and not to worry. The next day, John was at my residence assessing damages, and explaining what the Mitigation Process entailed. He was very thorough in his presentation. I felt confident that John would make it all seamless, and he did. After leaving my home, he assisted my neighbor with a situation he had at his home. I must admit that John brought us together long enough for us to speak to each other for the first time! He's such a nice, courteous, and respectful young man. I felt like I've known him forever. The next day, John was at my residence with a crew who performed the clean-up preparing for the equipment placement to dry the water damage. John is always prompt, he keeps his word, and is very professional. I worked for the BellSouth Yellow Pages for years, and always came across Water Restoration & Remediation companies, but never thought I'd need their services. However, if I ever have to place that call again, I will not hesitate to call "HAVOC HEROES", & if anyone ask for a recommendation, I'd say, please ask for John as he has been my hero since this ordeal. I took a chance on this company based on their reviews and I'm glad I did. John with Havoc Heroes came out and did a detail inspection of what needed to be taken care of. John and Mario showed up on time, they were polite and they sealed up everything tight, so no dust escaped into the main living areas.
